The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet filed and taken on file in C.C.No.803 of 2020 which is pending trial before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and the case is posted for the appearance of the petitioner on the next hearing on 04.08.2020.
