When the matter is taken up for consideration in the revised call, no one appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. Even the learned counsel for the Respondent is also not present. The matter is of the year 2022. It appears that the Petitioner as well as his Counsel has no interest to pursue the matter any further. Accordingly, the case is dismissed for want of Prosecution.
