ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 1st respondent in 17092/U1/2017 dated 29.11.2017 and direct the first respondent to take action against the 4th respondent .

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, since the 4th respondent died.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
