O R D E R

Under the Service Rules governing appointment on compassionate ground, the age of the son of the deceased Government employee should be between 30 to 35 years.

In the instant case, the petitioner was born on 13.04.1977 and the Government employee had expired on 03.02.2014 and apparently the petitioner was 36 years and above on the date which his father had expired. Since, he has crossed the age of consideration for compassionate appointment, I do not find any infirmity in the action of the respondents in rejecting his request.
