2. This Court by order dated 12.11.2014, disposed of the writ petition in W.P. No.29339 of 2014 in the following lines: " ...

5. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought and without expressing 1/3

any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.04.2014 on merits and if the patta stands in the name of the petitioner or the predecessor in title of the petitioner and if there are no disputes with regard to ownership, measure the land and fix the boundaries, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs."

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, states that the property of petitioner is surveyed and the direction of this Court in W.P. No.29339 of 2014 dated 12.11.2014, is complied with. However, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner has not shown any interest in pursuing this Contempt Petition.

4. Recording the statement of learned Additional Government Pleader, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. In case if the petitioner find that the facts reported before this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader are not true or misleading, it is open to him to approach this Court to recall this order.
