(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu S.Satheesh Kumar before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. On 11.08.2014, this Court has passed the following order:
"The petitioner, wife is seeking production of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
her husband, who is said to have married him on 3.7.11. There is no issue between them.
2. On the last occasion, the detenu was produced before this Court. Since the petitioner was not present, the matter is posted today. Both the petitioner wife and the detenu husband are with their respective mothers.
3. Since it is purely a matrimonial dispute and there is some misunderstanding between them, we are inclined to refer the matter to the mediation centre.
4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliatin Centre attached to this Court at 3 pm today, as the parties are present.
5. Post the matter after finalisation of the Mediation and a report from the Centre.
6. IO is present and his presence is recorded."
3. It appears that the detenu was produced before this Court and the parties were referred to Mediation Centre. Under such circumstances, the question of illegal detention will not arise. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CCC) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar sl To
