PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in C3/D.O/No.04/2025 dated 15.01.2025 against the petitioner husband Pandian @ Rajiv Gandhi Aged About 43 years, Son of Gandhi now confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.852, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 21.02.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
