Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India prayed to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the first respondent vide G.O.[2D] No.02, Revenue and Disaster Management Department dated 06.01.2021 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to include the petitioners' name in the panel of Assistant drawn for the year 2012 in Krishnagiri District above Duraimurugan. COMMON ORDER When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners produced an order dated 28.07.2021 in W.P.Nos.1986 & 1987 of 2018, wherein relief has been granted to the petitioners that their name must be included in the promotional panel for the post of Assistant, as early as in 2010. In view of the relief being granted, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Writ Petitions.
2.Therefore, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
