PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to hold an enquiry into the facts and circumstances leading in the illegal detention
of the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14/82 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 to secure the ends of justice.

The present Writ Petition has been filed to directing the first respondent to hold an enquiry into the facts and circumstances leading in the illegal detention of the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14/82 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2014 to secure the ends of justice.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that his representation was considered and pass order dated 11.05.2015 in Letter No.75/H.P & E (XV)/2015-4 by the first respondent herein. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenging the order passed by the first respondent in the manner known to law.
3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
