1. Ms.S.Varsha, who is appointed as Advocate Commissioner is present in Court.

1.1. She says that subject vehicle has been seized and delivered to the applicant.

1.2. I am further informed by her, initial remuneration of Rs.10,000/- has been received.

1.3. I am further informed that report has been filed and a copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the applicant.

2. In these circumstances, the applicant will pay additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within one week on receipt of the copy of the order.

3. At request of Mr. Suresh, learned counsel for the applicant, renotify the matter on 04.10.2016. kua 30.9.2016
