ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) With reference to the grievances of the writ petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for Avadi City Municipal Corporation would submit that notice for the removal of unauthorized development was issued in Form-3 by the Commissioner, Avadi City Municipal Corporation in proceeding dated 01.04.2025.

2. It is found by the authorities that unauthorized constructions are identified both in the premises of the petitioner and the 2nd and 3rd respondents. Since enforcement actions commenced, the first respondent is directed to continue the enforcement actions by following the procedures and conclude the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
