The plaintiff has filed this application to implead the legal heirs of M.K.Mathivathanan. The death certificate of M.K.Mathivathanan and the legal heir certificate has been placed on record. The four persons sought to be impleaded as legal heirs of M.K.Mathivathanan are the only legal heirs as per the legal heir certificate.

2. Therefore, notwithstanding the objection of learned counsel for the legal heirs, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 08.09.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on learned counsel for the defendants.

3. List the matter on 08.09.2023.
