The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call the records pending on the file of the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri in Na.Ka.89/2015/Aa1 dated 12.01.2016 and quash the proceeding pending on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri in Na.Ka.89/2015/Aa1. 2.The 17th Respondent apprehends that the members of A Party and B Party may affect the public peace, issued proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C, by which members of A Party and B Party are directed to appear before the 16th Respondent. Challenging the same the present Petition has been filed. 3.The impugned proceeding is of the year 2016, due to passage of time, nothing survives in this Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
