This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of five days in preferring the writ appeal.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3; and, Mr.C.Harish, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 5 and

6. They do not have any serious objection in condoning the short delay of five days.

In view of the above and considering the fact that the delay is only of five days, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and list the same forthwith. The names of learned counsel for the respondents may be printed in the cause-list.
