Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent/Bank to sanction and disburse the Educational Loan to the petitioner's daughter for the 3 academic years (2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18) as per the fees structure of the Institution of the petitioner's, daughter who possess B.E. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Branch in KCG College of Technology, Karapakkam, Chennai - 600 097, expeditiously.

Heard Mr.P.Manikannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, M/s.S.R.Sumathy, learned Standing Counsel for first respondent/Bank, and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader for second respondent. 2.
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent/Bank to sanction and disburse the Educational Loan to her daughter, for the academic years 2015-16, 2016-17 and 201718, as per the fees structure of the Institution. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Bank would submits that, in all other respects, the petitioner's daughter is eligible for the loan, subject to the production of proof of residence, such as i) Ration Card, ii) Adhar Card, and iii) PAN Card.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from his client/petitioner submits that the petitioner is agreeable to produce the afore mentioned three documents.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the first respondent/Branch Manager of the State Bank of India, along with the copy of this order and the documents pertaining to proof of residence, viz., i) Ration Card, ii) Adhar Card and iii) PAN Card, both Original and its photo stated copies, based on which, the first respondent shall take other particulars into consideration and sanction loan to which the petitioner's daughter is eligible for, within 10 days from the date on which the documents are produced.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
