2.Though the name of the proposed third respondent (third respondent in main OP being O.P.No.400 of 2015) has been duly served and though the name of the proposed party has been shown in the cause list together with full/ complete address besides the description 'Proposed third respondent' within parenthesis, none appears today. To be noted, the cause list contains all necessary particulars such as Meeting Number and Passkeys.

3. Counsel for contesting first respondent in main OP Mr.B.Anand Johnson submits that he has no objection or opposition to this application.

4. To be noted, sole Arbitrator, who made the impugned award, has been arrayed as second respondent in the main OP.

A.No.586 of 2020 in O.P.No.400 of 2015 M.SUNDAR.J., gpa loan account of the petitioners has been assigned in favour of the proposed party, having noticed that contesting first respondent does not oppose this application, having noticed that proposed third respondent, after being duly served and after the name being shown in the cause list, has not chosen to come before this Court in two successive listings, having been convinced that prayer in the instant application deserves to be acceded to, instant application is allowed and ordered as prayed for.
