ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the third respondent relating to his proceedings dated 18.08.2004 made in petition No.Na.Ka.A/2207/2004 and quash the same as illegal. 3/14
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced a memo dated 14.02.2023 before this Court stating that all the respondents have been absorbed as per 12(3) Settlement dated 10.08.2007 except R17, R18, R43, R44, R46, R49 since their whereabouts were not not known.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and recording the memo filed by the petitioners this writ petition is closed. No costs.
