JUDGMENT

[delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.] Challenge in this writ appeal is to the order of the Writ Court dated 06.01.2020 made in W.P.No.105 of 2020.

2. The learned State Government Counsel appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 06.01.2020 in W.P.No.105 of 2020 has already been complied with by virtue of the order passed by the second appellant-Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.8592/M5/2019 dated 23.10.2020.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
