J U D G M E N T
This Criminal appeal is directed against the order of acquittal in the private complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
2. Today, when the Criminal Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent accused died on 02.11.2018. Copy of the Death Certificate also produced.
3. In view of the demise of the respondent accused, nothing survives in this Criminal Appeal. Hence, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
