petitioner.

With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the legal heirship certificate has already been issued to the writ petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
