..Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the transfer of investigation in Crime No.27 of 2015, now pending on the file of the first respondent to second respondent i.e., CBCID or any other independent agency to carry out investigation of the said case, with further direction to apprehend accused persons, interrogate them and conduct further enquiry and submit a final report before the competent Court, within a time frame.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2015, from the file of the first respondent-Police to the second respondent-CBCID.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 25.09.2020, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) to verify as to whether the charge sheet has been filed Crime in No.27 of 2015.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.239 of 2018, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
