This petition is filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 06.01.2020 made in W.P.No.105 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned State Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
