O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records culminating in the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.60425/E6/4/10 dt.6.9.2010 and quash the same.
2.The impugned order itself is an order of transfer dated 06.09.2010, by which the petitioner had been transferred and posted to Government Hospital, Harur, Dharmapuri District on administrative grounds. It appears that there has been an interim order passed by this Court dated 24.09.2010, granting interim stay for two weeks and notice of motion was ordered. Subsequently, whether the order of stay granted for a limited period of two weeks had been extended or not has not been expressly stated anywhere by any orders of this Court.
3. Be that as it may. Since the impugned order itself is a transfer order that has been effected on administrative grounds, normally this Court would be slow in interfering with such transfer orders especially made on administrative grounds, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is the prerogative of the employer and moreover, transfer is an incident of service for which any employee has to be subjected to, of course on administrative grounds or on routine or regular basis. Therefore, no interference is called for in the impugned order.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition deserves to be rejected and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
