Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent in proceedings No.AST/JTO3/DEPTL/15% QUOTA/Part/26 dated 20.7.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondent to fix the petitioner's pay in the post of Junior Telecom Officer with effect from 12.6.2000 on notional basis and grant the petitioner annual increments on notional basis with effect from 12.6.2000 with monetary benefit from the actual date of promotion namely 21.7.2003 and grant him all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the relief sought for in the present writ petition is in relation to the claim of fixation of pay of the writ petitioner, who is serving in the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (B.S.N.L.). be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench. In this view of the matter, the Registry is directed to send all the case papers to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench for further adjudication.
2. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
