O R D E R

Mr.Karthikeyan, learned counsel, who represents the first counsel on record who is stated to be unwell, fairly accedes to the position that nothing effectively survives in this writ petition, as on date.

2.The challenge is to an order passed by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited allotting a distributorship of LPG under the SC category at Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District to R6. R6 is not represented, though he has been served and his name figures in the cause list.

3.Learned counsel appearing for R1 to R5 would submit that R6 is managing the distributorship till date. This Court hence finds no need to intervene to upset the apple

cart at this distance. Needless to say, the petitioner is always at liberty to apply for future calls for distributorship, if and when they are made. 4.This writ petition is dismissed and the impugned order is confirmed. No costs. 10.01.2023 vs Index : Yes / No Speaking Order / Non Speaking Order To 1.The Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., G.9, Allyavar Jung Marg, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051, India.
