O R D E R

The award passed by the respondent / Special Tahsildar, Harijan Welfare Department, Ariyalur in proceedings dated 15.02.2005 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent, brought to the notice of this Court that, against the award passed by the Special Tahsildar, the persons aggrieved have preferred an appeal Under Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Harijan Welfare Schemes Act, 1978.

3. Admittedly, the present writ petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the Special Tahsildar, Harijan Welfare Department. This being the factum, this Court is of an opinion that further adjudication in respect of the facts and merits raised deserves no further consideration and it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the Competent Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Harijan Welfare Schemes Act, 1978.
