ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31628 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before learned Judicial Magistrate Kudavasal everyday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31628 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
