When it was pointed out that the mother of the Petitioner, who had executed settlement-deed dated 23.01.2014 in favour of the Petitioner and in whose instance the impugned order has been passed by the Respondent cancelling that settlement-deed, has not been made as party to the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition impleading necessary parties and seeking appropriate relief and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
