PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 27.07.2010 in Na.Ka.No.50/09-2/A NH-5/Thiruvallur, and quash the same as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to consider and implement any alternative proposal for provision of Highway Bay so as not to affect the petitioner's valuable house site and to drop the acquisition proceedings in respect of the lands belonging to the petitioner.
