2.After some arguments, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Government for necessary relief. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submissions and the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
