Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents servants or any one claiming under them from in any manner encumbering litigating or dealing with the suit scheduled property in O.S.No.2 of 2006 pending disposal of the above First appeal in A.S.No.96 of 2018(in CMP.No.8208/2018 in AS.Nos.111 & 96/2018) (Xerox copy attached in Description of Property) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.M.HARIHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.MANI Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.]
The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit filed for specific performance in O.S.No.02 of 2006. Seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the suit property, the present petition has been filed. On a prima facie view, this Court has already granted an order of interim injunction.
