Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return to the petitioner the land of 0.24.5 Ares acquired from the petitioner previously on 25th October 2005, by a Sale Deed on negotiation for forming Mani Mutharu Bridge "By Pass Road" at Vridhachalam which is not used for the said purpose, before taking over the petitioner's another land of 0.25-14 Ares for the very same purpose and to pay just compensation to the petitioner for the land and other superstructure including Bore-Well standing on the land.
