(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.B.S.Sundaramoorthi, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of respondent no.1 and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for respondent nos.2 and 3.

2.The prayer of the petitioner is that his representations dated 15.06.2016 and 16.06.2016 addressed to respondent nos.1 to 3 be disposed of at the earliest. In the said representations, the petitioner has prayed that he should not be evicted from the premises, which, according to him, has been declared as a slum by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. The premises in question is situated at Door No.15, Southern Side of Elango Street, Govindaswamy Nagar, R.A.Puram, Chennai 600 028. 3.The learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that the representations of the petitioner, if not already decided, will be decided within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
