The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.34146 of 2013 1/3

dated 17.12.2013, wherein this Court has directed respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner for reinstatement in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. Learned counsel for petitioner also affirms such submission.

Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
