Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the lives of the petitioner's and her mother, grandmother and brother who are residing at Seeliyampattipudhur, Athur Taluk, Salem District as per the complaint dated 19.01.2020 and 25.01.2020.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the lives of the petitioner and her mother, grandmother and brother who are residing at Seeliyampattipudhur, Athur Taluk, Salem District as per the complaint dated 19.01.2020 and 25.01.2020.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner's brother in Crime No. 12 of 2020 for the offences under Section 264(b) and 506(1), enquiry has been conducted and further action dropped on 09.02.2020.
