ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai to dispose O.P.No.2148 of 2023 pending on 1/4
its file in a time bound manner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mutual consent petition, filed by the petitioner/wife and the son of the respondent, in O.P.No.2148 of 2023 along with the interim application to appear through video conferencing and to represent by a power of attorney, are pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court and the said O.P. was adjourned to 23.02.2023 for the appearance of the respondent. He further submitted that the respondent is facing issues with regard to his visa application and also facing a situation where he may not be able to return to USA and continue his work if he comes to India to appear before the family Court for hearing and hence, prays to permit the respondent to appear through Video Conferencing and direct the learned Judge, Principal Family Court, Chennai to dispose the Original Petition in a time bound manner and thus pleaded to allow the revision.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records carefully.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Judge, Principal Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose the O.P.No.2148 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Judge is also directed to accommodate the respondent/husband to appear through video conference in accordance with Video Conferencing Forms.
