2.The petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition to issue a writ of certiorari, to quash the order of draft modified scheme issued by the first respondent dated 31.07.2010.

3. Mr.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) would submit that this writ petition came to be filed, when the petitioners were functioning as Chairman and Advisory Committee members and their term period had been expired long back and hence, they have no locus standi to pursue this writ petition. It is further submitted that the order impugned in this writ petition is only a notice for their appearance before the first respondent dated 31.07.2010.

4. Considering the above fact that the term of the Office of the petitioners have already expired and they had not been reindemnified as the Chairman and Advisory committee Members. If there is any change in the scheme, the first respondent shall issue a fresh notice and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
