Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition Aromatic Complex C.P.C.L. 62/1, East Jones Road, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015, the 4th respondent herein culminating in Na.Ka.354/14 dated 09.12.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to reconvey the land in Survey No.46/7, an extent 1.26 cents in Chinnasekkadu Village, Thiruvottiyur Taluk, Thiruvallur District forthwith to the petitioner.
