This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.268 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Cr.No.1005 of 2014 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.268 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur and the case is posted for hearing on 06.07.2015.
