Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner made the following endorsement:
"In view of the 1st Respondent's Communication dtd.30.6.16 No.M-14012/ 5/2014DO(FA) waiving of the rental charges, the writ petitioners are not currently aggrieved. Hence it is requested that the writ petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, leaving the issues raised therein open."
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
