The relief sought in this Writ Petition is to issue a Mandamus directing the respondent not to seize the Tractor TN23BZ5268 and Trailor TN23BZ5284 from the possession of the petitioner without following due process of law .

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
