O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the order of the 1st respondent dated 05.08.2010 in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport - 5) Department and consequential order of the 2nd respondent dated 17.06.2015 and to quash the same only in so far as it relates to the petitioner is concerned.

2.Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in W.P.Nos.30630 to 30632 of 2015 dated 29.09.2015, this Court granted permission to the petitioners therein to submit their representations before the respondents for consideration and directed the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks and till the disposal of the representations directed the respondents to maintain status quo.

3.Mr.P.V.Selva Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the issue involved in the Writ Petition is covered by the decision of this Court cited above.

4.Following the order passed in the said Writ Petitions, the present Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such a representation, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till such time, status quo shall be maintained. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
