This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 22.10.2025, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expresssing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 22.10.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's appeal, dated 22.10.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the necessary parties and by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
