Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or direction in the nature of Writ, calling for the Records of impugned order of the 1st Respondent dated 24.02.2009 made in Letter No.16620/FB5/Retirement/ MTC 2006 Quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the Family Pension to the petitioner.
