PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1734 of 2022 IN CRL OP.23706 of 2021 CHANDRAMOHAN [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, T-11, THIRUNINDRAVUR POLICE STATION, THIRUVALLUR -602 024 CRIME NO.1163 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.NO.23706 of 2021 dated 08.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23706 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and Charge Sheet has been filed before the committal Court.

Hence, in view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur, on 01.03.2022 and subsequently as directed by the committal Court.
