Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to initiate appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.10.2015 and complete the enquiry within a period stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 17.09.2010, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.10.2020. On 08.10.2020 also, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 13.10.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". under the caption for dismissal, today also, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this court left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution No costs.
