ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Sections 379, 430 IPC r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.601 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation of one unit of river by using TATA pick up vehicle.

3. It is seen from records that this is the fourth bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.15724, 19858 and 23095 of 2021 were passed by this Court on 01.09.2021, 26.10.2021 and 02.12.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the fourth bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
