ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner and after making entries in the Village Revenue Accounts with regard to Survey No. 111 to an extent of 0.03 cents of housing sight based on the sale Deed in Document No. 423 of 2015 dated 18.02.2015 on the file of S.R.O, Thangarampattu and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 16.08.2021.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner made representation on 16.08.2021 with a request to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner is pending without consideration. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner after making entries in the Village Revenue Accounts with regard to Survey No. 111 to an extent of 0.03 cents of housing sight based on the sale Deed in 2/4
Document No. 423 of 2015 dated 18.02.2015 on the file of S.R.O, Thangarampattu, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
