This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2019 vide CSR.No.457 of 2019 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after preliminary enquiry, FIR was registered in Crime No.53 of 2020 and hence this petition has become infructuous.
