This application is filed seeking extension of time to the petitioners to surrender before the Trial Court, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.1167 of 2022, dated 21.01.2022.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the COVID - 19 Pandemic situation, the petitioners were unable to surrender before the court concerned.

3.Considering the circumstances, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Learned Special Judge, Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST cases, Namakkal, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1167 of 2022, dated 21.01.2022 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
